This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud ERP projects across multiple business functions. The Oracle ERP Project Manager will manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. Acting as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams, this position requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. You will drive project execution, mitigate risks, and mentor team members while contributing to process improvements and the overall success of ERP implementations. This is a dynamic role with exposure to multi-pillar ERP projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Lead Oracle Cloud ERP projects through the full project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project management plans, including scope, time, cost, risk, and quality management.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and risk issues, facilitating timely decision-making and resolution.
  • Serve as primary client interface, managing deliverables, change requests, and project sign-offs.
  • Coordinate communication across teams, stakeholders, and executives, providing frequent status updates.
  • Conduct project reviews, workshops, and milestone sign-offs to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Mentor team members, foster knowledge sharing, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum 7 years of Oracle ERP project management experience, with at least 2–3 full-cycle, multi-pillar implementations.
  • 3–5 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
