The Oracle ERP Governance & Security Ops (GovSecOps) leader is responsible for overseeing ERP user access management, change management, and related security compliance activities. The Oracle GovSecOps leader interacts directly with various Digital Technology, Business, and Compliance stakeholders and builds consensus across the various groups to align on the best possible security and control solution. As an Oracle ERP Governance & Security Ops Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of talent in charge of Security Operations and Governance Operations.

  • Oversee Oracle ERP Account Lifecycle Management, including automated access provisioning, service account management, and design of Oracle ERP roles.
  • Maintain MyAccess (Saviynt) Oracle EBS module for user provisioning, role definition and ownership, preventive and detective segregation of duties.
  • Execute SOX controls linked to Change Application Access, IT SOD, and HPA.
  • Manage access request, approval, and provisioning processes and solutions.
  • Oversee automated Identity & Governance solutions for Oracle ERPs, including revocation of access upon termination.
  • Drive role design standardization to achieve a least privilege access model.
  • Oversee remediation of application security findings (vulnerabilities, pen test findings, etc.).
  • Streamline SAST scanning process for Oracle ERPs.
  • Ensure Oracle ERP Change Control Board execution, overseeing change management processes, and improving them as required to guarantee adherence to SOX requirements and Oracle ERP instance stability.
  • Partner with the Incident Management Team/Configuration Management team to ensure ERP Configuration Items and processes are properly built into the ITSM tool.
  • Orchestrate Release Management for key Oracle ERPs, ensuring proper release execution across all projects and proper ERP instance usage.
  • Lead Configuration and Code Deployment processes and the team in charge of execution.
  • Own and execute SOX controls linked to Change Management, Database Access, and IT SOD.
  • Monitor consumption of Oracle ERP licenses utilization.
  • Masters Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10+ years in Cyber Security, ERP systems, and SOX Compliance.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and able to influence or negotiate with various teams.
