Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle team. What You Can Expect As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies. Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Requirements

• Experience with or understanding of: Business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle Cloud Financials modules e.g., payment process, matching process, month-end close, etc.
• Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment
• Integrating Oracle FP&A solutions with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP or other financial platforms
• Financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis within Oracle FP&A tools
• Completing 1-2 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle FP&A solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science)
• 2+ years working in professional services or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Certification such as Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist or similar preferred.
