About The Position
The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, specifically version 12.2. This position requires a strong technical background, focusing on the development and customization of Oracle Forms and reports, as well as proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and Java. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Oracle EBS and various external systems, which includes designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces. Additionally, the consultant will troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues that arise within the Oracle EBS environment, ensuring that the applications run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with key Oracle modules such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger. This experience is essential for understanding the business processes and requirements that the Oracle EBS applications support. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as for incident management and resolution. The consultant will also be expected to document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed. This hybrid position requires the consultant to be onsite three days a week in Framingham, MA, allowing for a blend of in-person collaboration and remote work.
