Good Analytical, communication, presentation, client interaction skills Good Knowledge of O2C and P2P Cycles Strong technical knowledge in the following Oracle R12 EBS technical areas SQL / PLSQL, FORMS / OAF, REPORTS Expertise in the following Oracle EBS R12 functional Areas: Purchase Order Order Management Inventory and work in progress

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Onsite Production Support - Should support the SCM business from customer location
• Work on tickets created by end users in ITIL tools.
• Guide business if there are any issues in their day today SCM business operations
