The Oracle EBS & PeopleSoft Supply Chain Manager at Deloitte is responsible for enhancing business performance and operational efficiency for clients through strategic supply chain management solutions. This role involves managing client engagements, leading teams in the implementation of Oracle and PeopleSoft systems, and driving business transformation initiatives. The manager will also play a key role in business development and people development, ensuring that the team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions.
  • Manage teams in the identification and management of business requirements.
  • Lead functional design and process design stages of Oracle implementations.
  • Conduct workshops, scenario design, and flow mapping.
  • Prototype and manage development including conversions, integrations, reporting, and extensions.
  • Lead and support testing and training efforts.
  • Define support procedures for implemented solutions.
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
  • Participate in pursuit teams and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
  • Act as a counselor and coach for team members, providing guidance in staffing and recruitment activities.
  • Over four complex, full lifecycle implementations of Oracle or PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management.
  • 9+ years of experience with Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft SCM, covering various modules.
  • Proven track record in defining systems strategy and gathering business requirements.
  • Experience in leading fit-gap analysis and conducting business process designs.
  • Ability to manage conference room pilots (CRPs) and perform functional configuration and testing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Current Oracle certification or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
  • Discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
