About The Position

Requirements

  • 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft Financials implementations.
  • 9+ years of experience implementing Oracle or PeopleSoft modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, etc.
  • Proven experience as a senior resource in defining systems strategy and leading fit-gap analysis.
  • Experience conducting business process designs and facilitating conference room pilots.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on work and client needs.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Oracle certification or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
  • Manage teams in the identification and management of business requirements.
  • Lead functional design and process design, including workshops and flow mapping.
  • Prototype and manage development activities such as conversions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Lead and support testing and training efforts, and define support procedures.
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
  • Participate in pursuit teams and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
  • Provide input and guidance into the staffing process and participate in recruitment activities.
  • Train and pass certification in Oracle Cloud.
