About The Position

The EBS Order Management, Shipping Execution Functional Consultant at Argano plays a crucial role in understanding the client requirements and implementing the modules using best practices and standard functionality and providing extensions/customizations for required gaps ensuring that the solution is both feasible and valuable. The consultant interacts with the customer and other delivery team members in the entire implementation. They require a high level of functional and light technical expertise in their area of expertise. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge in EBS Modules, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications
• Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences
• Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities
• Experience with Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing and BOM life cycle projects is a must.
• Enough SQL experience to assist in troubleshooting
• Experience with conversion, upgrade, implement or enhancement project
• Proficient in English written and verbal communications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Senior Consultants are responsible for leading multiple complex projects, necessitating exceptional project management skills.
• Providing thought leadership and industry expertise is critical in projects.
• They should have strong business development skills to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Indirectly developing and coaching junior and mid-level consultants is a significant responsibility.
• Senior Consultants should contribute to the firm's strategic vision and decision-making.
• The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives is important.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Manufacturing modules including WIP, BOM and Costing is a plus. Experience with Project Costing/Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience working in or supporting a Project & Discrete Manufacturing environment leveraging Oracle EBS R12 as primary ERP system
• Experience in government & Military/Defense industry where the US Government is a customer is a plus
• Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects. Experience creating functional design documents for offshore teams.
• Cloud experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios with initial functional implementation and deliver detailed business-focused SCM functions.
• Recommend and suggest best practice solutions to clients and configurations after the client has accepted the analysis
• Lead EBS R12.2 with modules Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, BOM and Cycle Counting through complete implementation including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, integration test, go-live and post-production support
• Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Work with Project Manager, Solution Architect, Financials consultant and offshore development teams in completing the entire implementation
• Raise issues and provide resolutions as identified to adhere to project schedule.
• Provide functional implementation and support for both Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments by completing support requests and resolving user or system issues
