As a Database Engineer you would support, handle & maintain databases that serve and accelerate successful business across our Travel Products. You will demonstrate Database Tech Stack to understand, anticipate and meet the needs of our Product Teams with a constant Cloud First Approach to achieve customer experience excellence. In this role you will get to: Administer and monitor EBS application tier components including Oracle WebLogic Server, application services, and AutoConfig management. Manage the online patching lifecycle using ADOP (prepare, apply, finalize, cutover, cleanup) and perform post-patch validations. Apply CPU/RU/PSU patches and version upgrades. Monitor application performance including concurrent manager tuning, JVM monitoring, and troubleshooting application logs.Use tools like AWR reports. Support application integrations, workflow mailer, and interface configurations (bank connectivity), SFTP for inbound and outbound processes. Manage application security configurations such as SSL certificates, profile options, and compliance related activities. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including log/output purging, workflow data cleanup, disk space monitoring, and environment health checks. Perform Environment cloning (APPS) Support release and change management activities including migration of custom objects, assisting SIT/UAT cycles, and post-deployment validation. Demonstrate your expertise, ability to learn quickly, acquire capabilities to empower the team with DB best methods as a standard. Partner with the Product Team to plan, coordinate & implement DB Tasks for customer happiness.
