About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle database systems for our enterprise data management. This role requires a deep understanding of database architecture and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to modernize and enhance database solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Developer.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database (12c, 18c, 19c) and related technologies.
• Proven experience in database modernization projects.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RAC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years exp. with Oracle Development
• 3+ years exp. with database migrations/enhancements
• 3+ years exp. with enterprise database maintenance
• 3+ years exp. with Agile teams/development cycles
• Ability to work hybrid Mon-Thur (4x week)
• Strong Communication Skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle APEX is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust database solutions using Oracle technologies to support enterprise data management.
• Lead database modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to modern Oracle environments.
• Develop high-quality database solutions by gathering requirements, database design, and coding.
• Optimize database systems for performance efficiency.
• Ensure data security and integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
