About The Position

Infosys is seeking an Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) Lead Consultant . Selected candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end CPQ solutions by combining strong functional knowledge of quoting, pricing, product configuration, and approval workflows with hands-on technical expertise in BML, BMQL, integrations, and UI customizations. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into scalable CPQ designs, developing complex configurator models and commerce flows, integrating CPQ with ERP/CRM systems (such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, or Subscription Management), executing testing cycles, and ensuring smooth deployments. The consultant must ensure accuracy in pricing logic, guided selling, commerce attributes, document generation, and API based integrations while driving best practices, end-user training, and system improvements to support robust sales and quoting processes. As an SMC Consultant, the selected candidate will support the configuration of Subscription Plans, Billing Profiles, usage‑based pricing, Revenue Rules, and subscription lifecycle processes. They will map business requirements to Oracle Cloud capabilities and design effective functional solutions. Responsibilities include defining Subscription Product Models, managing amendments, renewals, terminations, and establishing evergreen subscription setups. The candidate will also work on O2C integrations across Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Management, and CPQ. Additionally, they will collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and third‑party billing/revenue systems; support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation; and ensure subscription data integrity across all upstream and downstream systems.

Requirements

  • Location for this position is San Ramon, CA
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology.
  • Experience in Architecture/Design /detailing of processes and problem definition.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Asset Base Ordering, Model configuration, Configuration Flow, Commerce Flow, Document Designer, BML, Data Tables, Integration, XSL, Proposal Templates, BML, BMQL, Configuration & Commerce Rules etc., in Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Knowledge of Webservices based integration.
  • PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to perform the role of a Lead Consultant at onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables.
  • Should have performed at least 1-2 green field implementations and understand working in support projects.
  • Should have experience working on projects with Agile methodology and experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
