We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Lead to guide our organization through the strategic implementation and optimization of Salesforce. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce as both a system and a technology, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization. The successful candidate will lead the implementation process, facilitate knowledge transfer, and continually assess and refine our use of Salesforce to maximize its value.

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet organizational goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and configure Salesforce features, such as workflows, dashboards, and custom applications, to improve business processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and technical support, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to empower end-users with Salesforce knowledge and best practices.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and usage, identifying opportunities for enhancements and process improvements.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement relevant improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform, implementing policies and procedures as needed.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related Salesforce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role within Salesforce projects.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques for Salesforce.
