Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Associate Director to join our growing Oracle team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with leading the technical planning and requirements gathering stages.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components.
• Utilizing existing integrations, cloud adapters, connections, and other technologies effectively.
• Designing integration architectures for both cloud and hybrid environments.
• Reviewing and/or developing integration strategy documents and technical specifications.
• Designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations.
• Creating technical designs for complex integrations using Oracle PaaS, OIC, and Oracle OTBI.
• Following a full lifecycle SDLC process.
• Good understanding of integration Security and Oracle Offerings.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities.
• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Certification such as Oracle Integration Cloud or similar strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in strengthening relationships with clients and providing guidance in the completion of engagements.
• Partner with strategic clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking.
• Devise solutions to support clients' needs through analytics, automation, or the latest tools and methods.
• Develop new projects, help identify new business, and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
• Mentor and provide growth and development to teams.
• Oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
