This role, specializing in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS solutions, is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing architecture strategies to meet diverse business capabilities and needs. The Solutions Architect ensures the completeness of architecture by addressing all pertinent stakeholder concerns and maintains its integrity by connecting various stakeholder views, reconciling conflicting requirements, and transparently detailing trade-offs made. A practical and fit-for-purpose approach is essential when determining architectural solutions. Leveraging deep business and technology knowledge, this position enables and/or alters business processes, practices, organizations, and systems. The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best-in-class industry business trends and practices. Core Skills and Experience: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Expertise: Proficient in OCI Compute, Storage (Object Storage, Block Volumes), and Networking (VCNs, subnets, NSGs). Oracle PaaS Services: Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Autonomous Database (ADW, ATP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), APEX, and WebLogic. Database Administration: Hands-on experience with Oracle Database administration and data transformation. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting and Python. Java experience is a plus. Security & Compliance: Experience with IAM/Policy configuration, encryption, patching strategies, compliance, and audit processes. APIs & Integrations: Demonstrated experience with REST APIs and FDI SOAP. Performance Optimization: Proven ability in performance tuning, health checks, and cost tracking within Oracle Cloud environments.
