  • Identifying, writing, and managing business requirements.
  • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
  • Supporting configurations, customization, reports, and interfaces, testing and user training.
  • Functional implementation experience on 1+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation.
  • 2+ years' total Oracle implementation experience.
  • Full life-cycle implementation experience in any of the following: Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Supply Planning & Backlog Management, Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Oracle Inventory & Cost Management, Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Plan to Manufacture (PTM), Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), Oracle Field Service and Maintenance, or Subscription Management (Oracle SM).
  • Experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
