Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
• 8+ years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with experience in at least 2+ Cloud Implementations.
• Ability to act as a functional subject matter expert and help to lead teams in configuration of the PLM modules.
• Strong knowledge in Concept-to-Design and Ideation-to-Commercialization business process.
• Experience with PLM Oracle Cloud build and implementation using the following modules: Ideation, Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Quality Management, Product Data Hub.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• May require some travel within the United States & Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure as an Oracle Agile PLM.
• Experience with Master Data Management.
• Experience working with clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry.
• Experience with Safety Chain Software and Workflow setup in PLM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud 3PL integration with third party systems.
• Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
• Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Defining new and refining existing business processes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
