Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Optimization Project Manager to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to multiple clients. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud Optimization team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Must have a solid understanding and work experience as an Oracle Cloud Optimization Project Manager
• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP optimization project management
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud optimization projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Function as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment on project priorities and technology solutions
• Be able to translate complex operational problems and performance improvement opportunities into well-defined IT tickets, project scopes, and requirements
• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and initiative to drive work with project team members and end users
• Display effective analytical and organizational skills
• Commercial, public sector and/or healthcare system experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• PMP or Scrum Master certification(s) strongly preferred
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Experience in commercial, public sector and/or healthcare systems

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Project Management for Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects, post go live
• Understand and engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
• Lead Oracle Cloud optimization projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Translate complex operational problems and performance improvement opportunities into well-defined IT tickets, project scopes, and requirements
• Lead and optimize Oracle Cloud product releases, optimize systems, and support best industry practices
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering ERP solutions
