About The Position

The position involves supporting the implementation, deployment, and management of Oracle Cloud infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for automating environment provisioning and operational workflows utilizing Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible. Familiarity with DoD requirements in all aspects of cloud infrastructure and operations is essential, including knowledge of STIGS, ACAS, HBSS/ESS, etc. The role requires the ability to deploy and maintain Windows environments using DevSecOps toolchains, as well as experience with repository and deployment tools such as GitLAB. The candidate will also need to identify and resolve deployment issues, resolve ACAS and ESS issues to provide clean reports, and understand the POAM process for unresolved issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient cloud environments is a key aspect of the role, along with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to optimize performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience working in DoD environments
  • Proficiency in deployment automation and ongoing operations using Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance standards in DoD settings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SCCA (Secure Cloud Computing Architecture) frameworks or similar DoD initiatives
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or infrastructure automation

Responsibilities
