Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM, Talent Management/Performance to join their team. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform advisory and configuration services to address business needs specific to Performance workstreams. They will assist with translating requirements and collaborating with the team to identify potential solutions to meet unique stakeholder requirements. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform system configurations, creating functional design documents, developing and documenting test scripts, and other responsibilities associated with the support of existing business processes.
