Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead to play a hands-on role in a new, high growth practice area. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team delivering analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include: Process Assessment: Understanding and assessing a client’s current state payroll processes and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading business practices and organizational goals. Implementation Planning: Collaborating internally and with the client to develop both high-level and detailed implementation plans. Requirements Gathering: Leveraging a consultative approach to gathering and analyzing complex payroll business requirements. Technical Alignment: Aligning business requirements and leading practices to implement a technical solution that supports the client’s payroll accuracy and compliance goals. Strategic Advising: Advising the client on how to best bring their payroll processes to life within Oracle Cloud, including recommending new and refining existing business processes (e.g., retro-pay, costings, and year-end processing). Knowledge Leadership: Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and payroll-specific intellectual property.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, or equivalent experience in HCM/Payroll.
  • At least 8 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM with at least two full life cycle implementations as an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead.
  • Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions in Payroll and US/Global Tax Reporting.
  • Active Certification in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
  • Ability to quickly understand payroll concepts (Legislative Data Groups, Elements, and Payroll Definitions) and apply technology configuration recommendations.
  • Consulting experience in HCM systems integration and/or management consulting strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of and ability to advise on Payroll and HR data and analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in additional HCM Modules such as Time and Labor, Absence Management, Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Experience in complex payroll scenarios such as Retroactive Processing, Payroll Costing, and Third-Party Remittance.
  • Experience with Fast Formulas (developing or reviewing) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with BI Publisher or OTBI for payroll reporting and reconciliation.
  • Experience working with third-party providers (e.g., ADP, BSI, or various banking integrations).
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and leading workstreams.
