About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include: Provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance. Review, apply, and test quarterly updates to HCM Payroll modules current. Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase. Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures. Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues. Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with implementing and/or support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
