Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Recruiting Lead. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required. Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions – more than 350 of them – with the implementation of Oracle software. Our business-savvy Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested. You may or may not lead an actual team on a project, but in either case, this functional role will always be hands-on driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the fusion modules, identify functionality gaps and build extensions, advise client on options and risk, implementing security, validate configuration data, effectively communicate and drive project deliverables, and more!
