Requirements

  • Oracle Cloud Specialist and/or Solution Architect with experience across functional domains
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules; expertise with Oracle SCM, HCM & EPM will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, and security frameworks.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and solution architecture.
  • Responsible for leading design phases with experience across the full software development life cycle at an enterprise scale
  • Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set the strategic direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.
  • Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands on.

  • Consulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.
