We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement Lead (Managing/Principal Consultant) to lead end-to-end procurement implementations, guide clients through business transformation, and serve as a functional authority across the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle. Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of ERP implementation experience
  • 3–5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementation experience
  • Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations as Procurement Lead or Senior Functional Consultant
  • Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading client-facing functional workstreams
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on system leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification
  • Experience in public sector, higher education, or healthcare
  • Exposure to Projects/Grants integrations
  • Experience with data conversion and integration methods (FBDI, REST/SOAP)
  • Reporting experience (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementations, acting as the functional lead for the Procurement workstream throughout complex engagements.
  • Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations aligned with best practices.
  • Own configuration, validation, testing strategy, and deployment readiness.
  • Guide clients through change management and business process transformation.
  • Lead and configure across modules including: Self Service Procurement Purchasing Supplier Qualification Supplier Portal Strategic Sourcing Procurement Contracts Receiving & Inventory
  • Ensure solution alignment across Payables, Financials, Projects, and other cross-functional ERP workstreams.
  • Evaluate and scope Change Requests (CRs), including impact to timeline and budget.
  • Oversee procurement-related data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and process efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, and IT leadership.
  • Provide clear executive-level updates and proactively manage scope and risk.
  • Mentor consultants and elevate overall delivery quality.
  • Support RFP responses, demos, and level-of-effort estimates as needed.
