Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.Your Role Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs Be an active member within company’s Oracle technology communities Your Skill and Experience Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications and architecture, including FCCS, PBCS, and Narrative Reporting. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio. Experience with data integration and transformation using tools such as Oracle Data Management (FDMEE) and Data Integration (EDI). Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project Finance Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science Minimum of 3 project full life cycles Oracle Cloud Certifications Willingness to travel weekly as needed

Requirements

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications and architecture, including FCCS, PBCS, and Narrative Reporting.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
