About the position

The Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle-based applications, specifically focusing on Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise-level computer applications and involves troubleshooting, configuration, and process design within the utilities sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
  • Perform in-depth configuration, code analysis, and output for Oracle applications.
  • Conduct logical workflow analysis and design for process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively.
  • Support utilities processes and provide technical assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
  • 7 years of experience working with and maintaining enterprise-level computer applications.
  • 5 years of extensive experience with Oracle and Oracle-based technologies.
  • 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • 5 years of experience with process design, logical workflow analysis, and design.
  • 5 years of experience with in-depth configuration, code analysis, and output.
  • 5 years of experience in utilities support and processes.
  • 5 years of extensive experience troubleshooting problems and conducting root cause analysis.
