About the position
The Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer is responsible for developing and overseeing complex systems within the City of Cedar Rapids, focusing on Oracle-based applications, particularly Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher. This role requires collaboration across various application areas and projects, ensuring effective support and maintenance of enterprise-level computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee all aspects of complex systems.
- Work across domain areas of support within the City of Cedar Rapids.
- Collaborate on multiple application areas and projects.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
- 7 years of experience working with and maintaining enterprise-level computer applications.
- 5 years of extensive experience with Oracle and Oracle-based technologies.
- 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
- 5 years of experience with process design, logical workflow analysis, and design.
- 5 years of experience with in-depth configuration, code, analysis, and output.
- 5 years of experience with Utilities in both support and processes.
- 5 years of extensive experience troubleshooting problems and root cause analysis.
