About the position
The Oracle CC&B Engineer role involves designing, documenting, and implementing new enterprise application solutions specifically for the Utilities department within the IT environment. The position requires providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to both existing and new software applications, as well as troubleshooting infrastructure systems that impact application performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new enterprise application solutions for the Utilities department.
- Document application solutions and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software applications.
- Enhance new software applications as needed.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure systems affecting application performance.
Requirements
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience working with and maintaining enterprise-level computer applications.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered (one year of relevant full-time experience may substitute for one year of education).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
