The position involves leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects to build a technical roadmap for the WFM Data Services platform. The role requires collaboration with business partners to identify opportunities and drive resolutions, as well as directing project teams on all technical aspects of the projects. The candidate will be responsible for building and owning automation and monitoring frameworks that showcase reliable, accurate, easy-to-understand metrics and operational KPIs to stakeholders for data pipeline quality. Additionally, the role includes executing proof of concepts on new technology and tools, translating strategic requirements into business requirements, and defining and implementing data retention and governance policies. The candidate will also identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, build the infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading, and develop analytics tools that provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics. The position requires working with various stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs, as well as performing root cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions to software or business process issues.
