About The Position

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Oracle data and analytics at PwC, you will utilise Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modelling, data visualisation, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. The Opportunity As part of the DCM AI Labs team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and generative AI solutions across complex client engagements. As a Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams, leading and growing teams of data scientists and engineers while managing senior client relationships. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role managing teams and client-facing delivery

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Software Engineering preferred
Experience managing GenAI application development teams
Depth in advanced analytical techniques including NLP and optimization
Experience with MLOps tooling and practices
Proficiency with containerization and cloud-native architectures
Experience with both relational and non-relational storage technologies
Track record of leading proof-of-concept development to production
Experience building intuitive data storytelling and visualization tools
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise ERP systems
