Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) SME/Lead Consultant to join their IT team in a permanent role. This position involves assisting clients in navigating digital transformations using Oracle's suite of applications, particularly focusing on the Oracle EPM - Accounting Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching. The role requires strong consulting skills, functional knowledge of Oracle EPM, and experience in large-scale implementations.

  • Conducting business requirements, design sessions, and workshops.
  • Developing solution architecture; configuring out-of-box functionality and developing additional custom functionality.
  • Preparing functional design and configuration specifications.
  • Developing data conversion and validation strategy.
  • Managing product configuration and technical development activities.
  • Preparing test plans, cases, and scripts; leading testing activities.
  • Managing application deployment, cut-over, and transition.
  • Working across Oracle Cloud teams (ERP, HCM, etc.) and managing internal and external data/metadata interfaces.
  • Managing project resources both onsite and offshore.
  • Tracking project timelines and deliverables and communicating to the Leadership team.
  • Excellent communication and core consulting skills.
  • Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle EPM - Accounting Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching (ARCS RC & TM).
  • Experience in delivering at least one large full life-cycle consolidation implementation using ARCS that includes Transaction Matching.
  • Good knowledge of Consolidation Cloud (FCCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
  • Degree in Accounting strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of Oracle EPM ARCS & ARM experience.
  • 1+ year of Cloud EPM FCCS experience.
  • 5+ years of EPM knowledge.
  • Technical knowledge in ARCS metadata configuration and maintenance.
  • Experience in Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Expert in Smartview for Office (Excel).
  • Experience in writing functional technical, test scripts, and training documentation.
