It’s the way you want to be treated. Summary: The Operating Room is seeking a dedicated and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our high‑performing surgical team. The ideal candidate will bring previous operating room experience, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safe, efficient, patient‑centered care. However, we are also willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical aptitude, professionalism, and a desire to grow within the perioperative environment. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and either hold current CST certification or be eligible to obtain it within a 6-month timeframe. This role requires excellent teamwork, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate surgeon needs, and a dedication to maintaining sterile technique and ensuring smooth surgical workflow. Successful candidates will participate in the department’s call, weekend, and holiday rotations as scheduled. Work Shift Details: Days - Variable weekday and weekend, The Surgical Services department is recruiting for a Surgical Technologist for one of the following shifts: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Applicants may select their preferred shift when applying. This role requires participation in the departmental holiday rotation, on‑call responsibilities, and weekend rotation, consistent with staffing needs and department policies. Department: SURGERY

Requirements
