OR Support Associate at Kimel Park Surgical Center: Provides essential non-clinical support to the operating room, including positioning, equipment, maintaining a clean organized surgical environment. This role assists the surgical team by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready and the operating room is maintained for efficient and safe procedures. Key responsibilities: Patient care in respect to positioning patient for OR procedures. A strong understanding of sterile technique, OR room procedures, and patient safety protocols is crucial.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Current CPR or BLS
Demonstrates necessary clinical competency

Responsibilities

Patient care in respect to positioning patient for OR procedures.
Preparing the OR by arranging supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
Keeping OR clean and organized to ensure a sterile and efficient environment.
Managing equipment, and other necessary sterile supplies within the OR and OR Core.
Providing overall support to the surgical team, contributing to a collaborative efficient workflow.
