About The Position

Surgical Elite Avondale is hiring a Full Time OR RN Surgical Elite Avondale is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. At Surgical Elite Avondale, we believe health and care are inseparable. We care for pediatric through geriatric patients. Our scope of service include: gastroenterology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, urology, pain management, gynecology, pain management, podiatry and general surgery. This is a fast paced environment committed to producing the highest quality care in a safe environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Job Summary: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all age patients in operating room. Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members. May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits and projects. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 630 am to 5 pm, but shift hours may vary prior to 630am and exceeding 5pm, based on the needs of the schedule. Typically we are closed on Saturday’s but occasional Saturdays may be required with notice. On call is not required.
