Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a OR/PACU RN to join our team at IVF Florida in Margate, Florida. Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays (1 major and 1 minor holiday) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the OR/PACU RN will: How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the OR/PACU RN is responsible for: Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed Provide patient education What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Requirements

Active RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
2-3 years of clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with IV's required
Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
