About The Position

Surgery Partners is seeking experienced OR Nurses to join our Team! Monday-Friday work schedule. Excellent Opportunity! The OR Nurse initiates the delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, and patient outcome) in the preoperative, inter-operative, and postoperative phases of the surgical patient. Description: In a fast paced, high-volume work environment, be able to manage various simultaneous tasks including analyzing accurate clinical information, identifying symptoms and changes to take appropriate action in a timely manner, and working independently with physician guidance. Use independent judgement to deliver sound clinical decisions, while simultaneously meeting patient needs and adhering to facility policies and procedures. Creates an environment of inclusion and trust for diverse groups to enable effective communication with colleagues and appropriate patient/ family education. Able to utilize feedback to learn and adapt, while remaining self-aware regarding their own actions and resulting impact. Thrive in an accelerated change agility environment with the ability to learn and adopt new responsibilities based on shifting demands. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
