Appropriately assess for: a)Physical and psychosocial emotional needs b)Basic respiratory status c)Hemodynamic status d)Neurologic status e)Age related needs f)Cultural needs Perform initial and ongoing collection and reassessment of data focusing on biophysical, psychological, environmental, selfcare education and discharge preparedness. Participates with admission into OR and transfer to PACU / ICU.
