Requirements

  • A patient-focused professional with a compassionate and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical or optical fields is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

  • Preparing exam rooms and setting up for patient exams.
  • Conducting preliminary tests such as visual acuity, eye pressure, and other essential diagnostics.
  • Documenting each step of the patient encounter, working closely with the doctor.
  • Assisting with contact lens evaluations, orders, and patient education.
  • Supporting the doctor and team with various tasks to ensure seamless patient care.
