Located in Mount Airy, Maryland, Mt. Airy Eye Care is seeking a motivated part-time Optometrist to join its medically oriented, growth-focused practice. With plans to double in size and opportunities for future partnership, the practice offers an exciting career path for the right candidate. Part of a three-practice, independently owned group, the practice is open to hiring across multiple offices, providing flexibility and a chance to be a part of a dynamic, expanding team. Why join us? What you'll do: As a part-time Optometrist at Mt. Airy Eye Care, you will embark on a rewarding journey of comprehensive eye care. You'll have the unique opportunity to practice full-scope optometry with a focus on medical optometry, within a team of dynamic professionals. A typical day involves treating approximately 3 patients an hour, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as OCT, Visual Field, and Optos to facilitate accurate assessments and precise diagnosis. This is a part-time role offering two to three days per week. Requirements

Optometry license in the state of Maryland
Skilled in providing comprehensive medical optometric care and fitting a wide range of contact lenses
Capable of confidently handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and age groups
