About The Position
Optometrist – Community Hospital Location: Browning, MT Pay: $95–$106/hour Contract Length: 1-year contract, with possibility to extend! Start Date: Flexible Schedule: 40 hours/week, One week on and one week off Setting: Community Hospital Blue United Sourcing is seeking a licensed Optometrist for a part-time contract opportunity at a community hospital in Browning, Montana. This unique schedule offers work-life balance with a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation, while providing consistent, long-term contract stability.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Optometrist license (state license or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a clinical or hospital-based setting preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a community-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and visual disorders
- Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers within a community hospital setting
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital standards
