About The Position
We seek a passionate Optometrist with great people skills and a genuine interest in treating eye diseases and providing comprehensive medical eye care in the great city of Toledo, OH. This optometric practice offers a diverse mix of patients, including routine exams, contact lens fittings, and medical office visits, with a balanced percentage ratio. With a very laid-back yet professional culture, you'll have the support of a full-time tech to pretest and provide ancillary testing, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care. This practice provides top-notch equipment such as Optos, OCT, digital refractive lane, and visual fields, plus training is available for optometrists, if needed on the equipment. This exciting opportunity offers a health insurance stipend of up to $500/month and three weeks of paid vacation. Additionally, there's potential for partnership or profit-sharing, with a starting pay of $150K and a bonus structure based on the number of exams and medical testing. They also offer flexibility in scheduling, with hours of operation from 9-5 or 10-6 and at least two Saturdays a month. Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
