All Family Vision Care, a respected and established practice in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a dynamic full-time Optometrist to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the organization. The team of professionals specializes in eye health examinations, ocular disease management, pediatric eye care, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management. To support the ongoing business growth of the Salem location, the practice is looking to add an Optometrist to the team of 10 employees.

Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
