We are seeking a motivated optometrist to join our team of ophthalmologists in a part-time capacity. This role offers an immediate opportunity for employment with potential for growth within a medically oriented practice.
Provide comprehensive eye examinations and assessments.
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions.
Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed.
Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals.
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
State licensure to practice optometry in Connecticut.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in a medically oriented practice.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
