About The Position

Bread for the City is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Washington, DC, dedicated to helping residents living with low incomes develop power to determine the future of their communities. The associate eye care provider will deliver high-quality eye care, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular and systemic eye diseases, prescribing treatment and corrective lenses, and providing patient education. The role also involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to manage site-threatening chronic conditions.
