About The Position

The Associate Optometrist plays a crucial role in delivering the brand promise and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care. This position requires collaboration and teamwork to maximize results and drive practice growth. The Associate Optometrist is expected to be a leader within the organization, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that the brand is recognized as the leading optical provider in the community. The Associate Optometrist will work closely with the Manager on Duty (MOD) and the store team to ensure executional excellence and winning results. This role involves placing the patient/customer first and delivering excellent service, striving to exceed expectations on all KPIs. The Associate Optometrist will conduct eye exams, make eyewear recommendations, and ensure that patients understand their vision and eye health needs. They will also maintain state licensure in good standing and provide effective training and guidance to team members. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Associate Optometrist will create a positive culture linked to the corporate culture, encouraging associate decision-making and maximizing partnerships through leadership and involvement. This position requires a strong commitment to quality patient care and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff alike.
