As a member of this spectacular team, you can practice full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye care services for the best patient care in their Roswell, Canton, Marietta, and Cartersville offices. Job Description Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health. Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs. Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility. Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.

Benefits

• Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
• Base Annual Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
