About The Position
There is a fantastic opportunity for an Optometrist at Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care location in Indianapolis, Indiana! Looking for full-time, part-time, and floaters. There is a $10k Sign-On Bonus for this position! As a well-respected, multi-location practice serving Hoosiers throughout the greater Indianapolis area, Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care continues to thrive, and a long-term opportunity is now available for the right Optometrist. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a solid private practice where your efforts will directly impact the success of the business, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The practice is offering a guaranteed minimum salary of $165K for 5 days per week (prorated for part-time work), with the potential for significantly higher pay based on production. Full benefits package includes health insurance (and dental), 401k (no match), CE reimbursement program, 3 weeks PTO, 1 CE PTO Day, 6 Paid holidays, 75% of AOA/IOA dues paid, and Maternity/Parental leave. The practice is well-equipped with advanced technology, including OPTOS, OCT, HVF and Virtual Field, Topography, Telemed, and digital phoropter. Each Optometrist receives an iPad with cloud-based practice management and electronic health records software to enable a seamless process at every point of the patient experience.
