They proudly teach optometry externs from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, are involved in a residency program from UMass, and run a highly successful apprenticeship program in optical. Requirements

  • Massachusetts Optometry License (or eligible to obtain MA license if a new graduate or relocating to Massachusetts).
  • Excellent clinical skills in diagnosing and treating ocular disease.
  • Genuine desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Kindness and compassion towards both patients and staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred specialty in pediatrics or willingness to discuss specialty alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope optometry services.
  • Work primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Utilize a comprehensive array of optometry equipment including visual fields, OCT, fundus cameras, corneal topographers, and auto-refractors.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate patient management using a fully certified EMR system.
  • See approximately 200-250 patients daily across all offices.
