Coastal Eye Care is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for an Optometrist at our multi-location practice serving the beautiful coastal towns of Astoria, Long Beach, Seaside, and Tillamook. Our team specializes in family eye care, specialty contact lenses, surgical co-management, and a wide range of ocular conditions requiring medical optometry intervention. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure our patients receive the best possible care, and we are dedicated to maintaining the gold-standard service that our patients expect. We are seeking a full-time Optometrist who is passionate about providing personalized care to ensure excellent eye health and vision for all patients. You will have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry at our Astoria, Long Beach, and Seaside locations, with patient exams performed every 20 to 30 minutes. The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible schedules and no evening or weekend shifts. We are looking for a kind, caring team player with excellent communication skills who is eager to help patients and staff efficiently. This role also provides an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership skills while working towards increasing the availability of eye care in diverse communities. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will be committed to continuous skill development through mentorship with experienced doctors and be open to integrating new techniques and innovations that enhance patient care and services. Minimum qualifications include an Optometry license in the states of Oregon and Washington.
