What You’ll Do: Assist optometrists in delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits Guide patients in contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling their next visit Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating appointments and managing office communications Work closely with your team to meet individual and collective goals for optimal patient care and satisfaction What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!) Requirements
